Description: The job market has seen tremendous change over the past two years. Cinder is a recruiting company that focuses on highlighting candidates that have been regularly overlooked because of their identity.

Audience: Current students or new leads that may stumble upon the article through organic efforts.

Challenge: This piece needed to leverage existing relationships with career services partners to provide individuals with helpful information regarding recruiting, the current job market, resume/interview tips, and much more.

Resolution: Paul Brown, President at Cinder, was interviewed to share how the company focuses on diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, as well as how to build authentic relationships with both candidates and employers alike.
